2017 Cabernet Sauvignon - Reserve

The 2017 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is from the Dionysus Vineyard in the newly proclaimed White Bluffs AVA.  The vineyard is north of Pasco, on the eastern slopes of the Columbia River.  This wine is 100% cabernet Sauvignon, and aged in 300 liter mostly French oak barrels to assure the fruis is "framed" by oak, and the delicious quality of this wine is not cloaked with a heaviness that is all too common.
